Healthy Routine and Beauty:

Hey girls, we often do use makeup to cover our puffy eyes, dull skin, and yes most importantly
to bring that glow on face but have we ever wonder what about our inner beauty and peace?

Sorry to say it out loud, but yes, sometimes expensive braded clothes and tones of makeup
fail to hide our dullness. 
Ahhh, but why?
Social media and most of our social circle around us, tell us, hey girl, you just need dress up
grooming and here you go bright and glowing.
But what about  headaches and heavy head due to lack of good sleep or what about feeling
lethargic all the time or we always blame weather and pollution for our skin and health
problems. So yes, that million dollar smile is missing to bring that glow and freshness on our
face. 
Yes, Life is busy and demanding as hell these days to take care of ourselves, and we end up 
use products and medicines to cover that up but it is just about setting up your routine and
taking out only 1 hour from your 23 hours just for yourself. 
So, yes, here you go girls, how to look fresh and glowing without products and take care of
our inner beauty along with other beauty:
  1. Beauty sleep as we called it, but are we actually taking enough sleep?

    A good Sleep releases stress hormones, but when we are sleep deprived it means
    increase stress and inflammation of body that can damage our skin’s quality and
mental health.  So yes, at least 7 hours a day is a must to make our skin glow and smile
daily. Time to reset our clocks!

  1. Water intake or is our body is getting dried up? Without water, our skin not only
becomes dry, and tight but also even more prone to aging.

But why? Girls, we often forget that our skin is an organ mostly made up of water and we
losses water daily from our body and forgets to replace it with drinking enough water to
make our skin look flawless again.
  1. Feeling lethargic even when we look slim and fit but why?
Girls, exercise have a revitalizing effect and improve our blood circulation so yes not only to look smart again but yes healthier again is important. Exercise also strengthens respiratory and circulatory system, so yes, time to put on our joggers before it gets too late.
