Nail Care Routine How to get strong and healthy nails?.No matter if you are the type of person who loves to paint their nails as a form of self-pampering or someone who is always picking and biting at their cuticles, we all want healthy and perfectly manicured nails at the end of the day. So let's find out exactly what you should be doing for your nails?

1. Ensure your hands are neat and clean:Before doing anything, it is important to make sure your nails and the skin around them is washed thoroughly, germ free and dirt-free. Use good quality, soap or hand wash and also keep a sanitizer with you always. I would personally recommend you to apply soap to a toothbrush, then gently scrub your nails and skin. I do that personally so I can tell how good it is to do so and this will also help to remove dirt and exfoliate dead skin present without the need for using harsh and drying chemicals or expensive scrubs even.

2. Be gentle on your nails please:Well nails are delicate, breaks and scrubbing them too roughly brings you infection. Always keep a separate nail kit for you that is not used by anyone else.

3. Cut your nails regularly:Regular trimming is very important for your nails as it is for your hair. So set aside time to cut them every two weeks at least. Long nails are beautiful indeed, but if you are a person who has struggled with snags or breakage then keep your nails short please as a shorter style with a round edge is easier to manage and looks neater too.

4. Always keep a nail filer with you:If you are a person whose work or even gym routine causes a lot of wear and tear thing, then keep a nail filer handy type to smooth away any rough edges that happen accidentally.

5. Protect your nails:When we are painting nails at home it is not less than any excuse to cut corners by skipping the base coat. This step not only protects the nail from being stained by the polish itself but also helps the color to look more saturated and opaque with just one coat. And if you really want to take things to the next level just add a coat of clear gloss between each layer to add extra shine and protection.

6. Read the labels on your nail paint: Just like makeup and skincare, not all nail polish brands are created equal, so make sure you are buying or using a good product and also not containing any toxic chemicals.

7. Moisturize your hands regularly:You never go to sleep without moisturizing your face, so why should your nails be any different? Just mix almond and avocado oils to keep cuticles and nails hydrated while you get some good sleep..So these were some useful tips, just save the elaborate nail art and those bold colors for the weekend, and during the rest of the week, give your nails some time to rest and repair because going from one strong polish color to another without giving your nails a break can dry them out, turn them yellow, and over time, even weakens the structure of the nail. Even nail polish removers could also be the reason why your nails are weak. Sometimes going all natural can be just the thing that your nails need in order to rejuvenate and refresh. <3 :)
