Crispy baked chicken nugget is a super easy recipe. It is made with minimum ingredients and its gluten-fee. Plus,
you get crunchy chicken without frying it in gallons of oil. For me, it’s a win-win situation with my healthy self.

Everyone loves a good nugget. We all grew up glorifying crispy chicken from McDonald and KFC. But now when
its our time to make dinner decisions, we go for home-cooked meals. Well, you don’t have to deprive your taste
buds of best flavor of your childhood. You can easily keep yourself and you family happy and healthy at the same
time.
This recipe is super easy to make and everything from prepping to cooking is done under 30 mins. They can be
stored for a month in your freezer. They are prefect for your kids play date or for weekends when you really
don’t want to slave hours in the kitchen. 
Ingredients and Recipe Checklist


 Checkmark Bread Crumbs/Potato Crisps – There are various brands of bread crumbs in the market. The most basic one
is from dawn breads; their bread crumbs have little seasoning in them so you`ll need to add your own spices if
you use this. There is a Turkish breadcrumb brand “Sultan” in the market now a days. Its porous, and hence it
makes the nuggets extra crispy. I personally prefer to use potato chips bag. The flavor of chips varies on my
mood. If I want spicy nuggets, I take Doritos or Cheetos red. Cheetos cheese should be use for a mild flavor. 
Checkmark Chicken – Any piece of skinless, boneless chicken will work. I like my chicken to be juicy and tender, so I
avoid using chicken breast. Make sure that chicken is cut into equal pieces (2-inch square or 1.5-inch squares). 
Checkmark Eggs/Corn flour/Flour – Eggs will be used to stick crumbs to the chicken. If you are allergic to egg, use corn
flour mixture. It will do the same trick.
Checkmark Spices – Basic Spices like salt, pepper (white, black), oregano can be used. You can add any spice you want
depending upon your taste. Basic salt and pepper will work too for a mild dish. Cheese can be added to make
molten nuggets. 
Checkmark Heavy Cream – This is also optional. This will make nugget extra creamy and smooth.

flour
1 kilo
Boneless cubed chicken
2 small eggs 
Eggs
½ cup 
Cream
As required

How to make chicken nuggetsChef


Prepare the crumbs: If you are using dawn breadcrumbs or any other prepared breadcrumbs, then just take
them out in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. And voilà! You`re done. If you plan to use some crisps like
I do, then you need to put them in the food processor and let it do the magic. Or you can simply just crush them
using your hands or any food crusher.
Shape the chicken: Chop the chicken into small equal cubes. Season it with salt, cream and whatever else you
wish to. 
Setting time: Let your chicks rest for a while now. Put it in the freezer for 30 mins. 
“Crumb” them up: Mix your eggs and season it with salt and spices. Adding something green like coriander or
oregano. Now take a wide bowl and start dipping chicken in it. Next dip them in the crumb bowl one by one.
Once all are done, put them in the freezer for setting for 30 mins.
Cooking part: Preheat the oven to 175F. Line a tray with butter paper and set the nuggets on it. Keep them
appropriately distant. Let them stay in oven for 20-25mins.

Serve them hot with a dip or mashed potatoes.
