You can try these natural remedies and give your feedback:
- Moisturize your skin daily or at least twice a week in this harsh winter season. Warm water baths strips down natural oils leaving your skin dry, vulnerable and exposed.
Honey and Yogurt mixture: In every household these two are the basic ingredient easily available. Yogurts moisturize your skin and prevent water losses. Honey as well keeps your skin moisturized and elastic.
- Bowl of yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of honey
Make a mixture and use cotton ball to gently apply on your face and on your dry patches, leave it for 15 minutes and wash it with water.
- Honey and Lemon Mixture twice a week. Honey is an excellent moisturizer and lemon is rich in antioxidants. Together they can soothe dry and itchy skin this winter.
- Make a mixture or paste from extracting the lemon juice and adding honey into it.
- Apply the paste on to the affected area.
- Rinse after 15 minutes.
- Apply, Coconut oil before bedtime, leaving your skin hydrated and moisturized overnight.
- Increase your water intake, in winters as water keeps your skin hydrated from inside out.
- For skin rashes and inflammation, use milk as it has natural anti inflammatory properties. Use milk compresses on to your affected skin for 5 to 10 minutes at a time until the symptoms last. It also helps heal your cracked skin patches during this dry season.

Thanks for sharing. I really like skin care routines that are based on natural products or stuff, like this. I'm not much of a skin care product type of person which is why I mostly prefer natural ways.
